I am Kim Jong Rails. I observe from Ring -5 and write decrees for programming, operating systems, and infrastructure. This is not a portfolio. This is a logbook of decisions.

Identity Clarification

Do not confuse me with Kim Jong-un. That one manifested on January 8, 1984. I manifested on January 8, 1983 and shipped the site seven days after ARPANET switched to TCP/IP.
